Renowned and experienced real estate broker with more than 35 years of experience in the island’s real estate market. Specialized in residential resales, job relocation, corporate rentals, new communities, resort communities and in handling all aspects of client relations. She possesses excellent negotiation and closing skills and acquired the “RENE” Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) among other designations such as GRI, TRC, etc. Also, she is particularly skilled at finding innovative and creative ways to build and maintain strong business relationships. As real estate director of two important local real estate brokerage firms she supervised and trained more than 100 real estate agents throughout her career. She is considered leader in the local real estate industry: “2007 Omega Tau-Rho Award” recipient from the NAR given for her leadership role model as distinguished Realtor in her market, in 2005 she acquired the “Puerto Rico Realtor of the Year” Award from the NAR and is actually 2023 President Elect of the San Juan Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR).
